Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our team at Clarence House in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The role offers full or part-time hours with night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, supporting 21 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

We provide full training, a fully funded DBS, a comprehensive holiday pay scheme, and a generous Refer a Friend bonus of up to £250 per successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them
• Providing companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support
• Assisting residents to participate in decisions relating to their daily living arrangements
• Assisting residents with personal care and in undertaking recreational activities
• Assisting residents to retire for the evening and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep
• Promoting resident independence in meal preparation and at mealtimes
• Working with other professionals to provide individualized care and development plans
