Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents during nocturnal hours in our care home. You will help with personal care, monitor wellbeing, and keep the home safe and calm through the night. A 2-week rolling rota includes working alternate weekends.

The role offers a competitive salary with weekend enhancements. Full training is provided; prior care experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to provide personal care and monitor residents at night.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents during night shifts.
• Monitor residents’ welfare and ensure safety and security of the home.
• Complete night-time paperwork and assist with routine tasks as needed.
