Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant at Rodley House in Lydney, Gloucestershire. This permanent full-time night shift role runs 20:00–08:00 and offers 36 hours per week.

You will provide companionship, personal care, medication support, meals, and help residents stay safe and engaged. We welcome experienced professionals with right to work in the UK for at least 12 months and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

Formación

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK; Night shift availability; Ability to work 36 hours a week including alternate weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care - supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
