Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Care Assistant in Ashford, paying £15.50–£17.00 per hour, to provide safe and consistent support. You’ll spend meaningful time with the person you support and help them with daily tasks and personal care, following individual care plans.

We offer induction, role-specific training, and ongoing guidance from our wider care and clinical teams. This role provides a pathway into more specialist support for development-minded candidates.

Qualifications

• A caring, respectful and reliable approach.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow an individual care plan.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous care or support experience in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centred support.
• Support daily routines and agreed personal goals.
• Promote independence, choice and dignity.
• Provide personal care where this forms part of the individual care plan.
• Support social activities and access to the community where required.
• Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the person you support.
