Bristol Care Homes is seeking a Night Carer at Glebe House in Almondsbury, near Bristol. The role focuses on delivering high quality personal care, ensuring each resident has a personalised, meaningful experience, and supporting nursing staff during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high quality personal care to our residents
• Ensuring that every individual within the home has a personalised and meaningful experience of life
• Participating in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff
• Maintaining the dignity and privacy of residents and respecting their individual needs
• Assisting with serving meals and drinks
• Assisting with other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home
• Attending and participation in orientation, mandatory and other training as require
