Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm–8am) with alternate weekends available. You will be supported by a Senior Carer and help residents with personal care, meals and activities to keep them engaged and safe.

Full training can be provided, and a kind, people-focused approach is essential. Good written and spoken English is required for effective communication with staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Full training can be provided if you do not have experience.
• Flexibility, patience, a caring attitude, and a real 'people person'.
• A good level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live fulfilling lives.
• Provide personal care, assist with mealtimes and activities.
• Assist and accompany residents as needed to promote wellbeing.
