Qualifications

• Experience working in a care setting is required.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work 44 hours per week, night shifts to include alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
