Job summary

Renaissance Care in Scotland is seeking an attentive Care Assistant for night shifts at Croftbank House to support residents with personal care, meals, and meaningful activities. You will work as part of a supportive team to uphold person-centred care and promote wellbeing, independence, and choice.

Night shifts offer a structured schedule with training and development opportunities; no two days are the same, and a friendly, caring environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and teamwork are essential within a multi-disciplinary team.
• SVQ2 is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.
• Commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily routines.
• Promote a positive mealtime experience and hydration.
• Engage residents in 1:1 activities and group interactions.
• Support residents to participate in outings and events as part of care plans.
