Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Henfords Marsh seeks a caring Care Assistant for night shifts. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to make a real difference in residents' daily lives, helping with meals, personal care, and companionship.

You will work 8pm–8am with alternate weekends, following individual care plans, and delivering high standards of support with empathy and warmth. Full training is provided to thrive in a rewarding, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience caring for older people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy and a warm, compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and one-to-one time with residents.
• Follow individual care plans and document care provided.
