Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a caring Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role in our care home. You will support residents with daily living, meals, and companionship, following care plans and delivering warmth and respect.

You’ll need some experience caring for older people and strong communication. We provide training and a rewarding environment where every day brings varied tasks and opportunities to develop your caring career.

Qualifications

• Experience of caring for older people.

• Ability to follow care plans and deliver one-to-one support.
