Qualifications

• Level 1 or 2 in social care is encouraged.
• Ability to work across a rota, including weekends.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Empathy, patience and a caring nature.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key worker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including those for residents with dementia.
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans, enhancing residents’ wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, infection control, and health & safety practices.
