Qualifications

• Experience in care is not essential but preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents and families.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating and hygiene.
• Supporting residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Communicating effectively and providing reassurance to residents and families.
