Job summary

Beaumont Health Care in Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with washing, dressing, eating and daily hygiene. Full training is offered, with a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement and generous career development opportunities.

Shifts include a rotating seven-day pattern with day and night work. You will join a welcoming team that values dignity, respect and a positive outlook, with free onsite parking and uniform

Qualifications

• Deliver quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Understand residents' communication needs and adapt to individuals and families.
• Be a team player with good communication, patience and flexibility in a changing environment.
• No prior care experience required; full training provided; experience in retail or customer service acceptable.
• Observational skills, sense of humour and a positive outlook.

About The Role

The working shift patterns on a rota over seven days:

8.00am - 8.00pm

8.00am - 2.00pm

2.00pm - 8.00pm

8.00pm - 8.00am
