Job summary

The Amwell Care Home is a private, luxury care home in Melton Mowbray offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 88 residents. We are seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person-centred care with dignity and respect.

You will support residents with daily living, follow care plans, and work as part of a supportive team. Full training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to provide safe, responsive care.
• Contribute to safe, consistent and high-quality care as part of a supportive team.
• Create a warm, positive environment where residents feel cared for and valued.
