Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the night with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring safety.
• Follow personalised care plans to meet each client's specific needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
