Job summary

The Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is looking for dedicated individuals for a night care role at Tegfan Resource Centre. You will support residents, particularly those with dementia, in maintaining their dignity and independence.

This role requires strong communication skills and sensitivity to the needs of elderly clients. A commitment to completing QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential, alongside a willingness to engage in training for basic Welsh speaking.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be reliable and demonstrate a positive outlook.
• Previous experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Commitment to personal care needs of clients with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities according to their care plans.
• Provide emotional support and social contact to residents.
