This full-time night role (36 hours per week, every other weekend) offers a supportive team and training to deliver high-quality personal care and social interaction to residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary.
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences.
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
