CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Care Assistant for a dedicated care home in Workington, Cumbria. You will work as a key worker, supporting admissions and following care plans to enhance residents' wellbeing through personal and social care.

The role requires flexibility across a 38.5-hour week on nights, with an excellent benefits package and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to be trained (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged).
• Good communication and listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key worker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including those for residents with dementia.
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans, enhancing wellbeing.
