Job summary

Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions. This full-time night-shift role focuses on delivering safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will work closely with the team, follow individual care plans and maintain calm routines to help residents feel secure.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.

• Willingness to learn and develop within a complex care environment.
• Previous experience in care or mental health is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to obtain.
