Job summary

Telford Hall Care Home is seeking a Night Health Care Assistant to support residents during the night and provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will work with a dedicated night team to ensure comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Complete night checks and help ensure residents remain safe and comfortable throughout the night.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
• Promote dignity, independence and choice.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
