Job summary

Jewish Care is hiring a Night Care Assistant to support residents during the night, providing person-centred care, companionship and practical help to maintain dignity and comfort. You will work with a caring team to ensure safety, continuity of care, and a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued.

We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience; full training and ongoing support are provided, with a 12-hour night shift pattern and a weekly average of about 42 hours.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience when supporting older residents.
• Ability to listen and respond with respect and warmth.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
