Woodland Grove in Loughton is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents throughout the night. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and wellbeing, while keeping records and maintaining a calm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
• Must be a true team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to provide personal care and support to residents.

• Provide excellent night-time care and support to residents.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
