Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to provide compassionate, patient-focused care across our facilities in England. You will work closely with the Night Care Assistant to monitor residents, support daily routines, and ensure safety and comfort during the night shift.

The role requires a QCF diploma in social care level 2 (essential), and experience in medication administration, confidentiality, and consistent care.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care and personal support.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and safe medication practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs during night shifts.
• Conduct checks on residents and the building with attention to fire safety.
• Support mobility and use of aids, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Assist with personal hygiene and continence needs.
• Keep track of residents location and respond to needs during the night.
