Job summary

You will help create a caring, inclusive atmosphere for residents, visitors and staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have at least 2 years of experience in a similar care setting, and be responsive and flexible to residents’ needs and family inquiries.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
• Be responsive, flexible and committed to residents' wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents wellbeing and contribute to care planning.
• Provide high standards of personal care and support with daily activities.
• Support residents with medication administration as required.
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents and families.
