Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join the team at Athelstan House, Malmesbury. You will work 24 hours per week on a 7:30pm–7:30am pattern, providing personal care and supporting residents to maintain routines with empathy and respect.

The role welcomes experienced carers and those new to care, with induction training and ongoing development opportunities. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work in care environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Great communicator who can work as part of a team and show empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, helping with toilet use) for residents.
• Support residents to lead a happy and fulfilled life.
• Contribute to a calm, caring environment and strong team relationships.
