Job summary

Roseberry Care Centres in Sheffield is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, meals and activities, promoting independence and quality of life.

The role requires empathy, good communication, and a genuine passion for elderly care. You will work 44 hours per week on nights with alternate weekends, at Norbury Court, Devon Road.

Salary is £12.71 per hour, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of care experience.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Genuine passion for elderly care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Help with mobility and transfers
