Qualifications

• Previous care experience not required; induction provided.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal, with residents and team.
• Flexible and reliable to cover a range of shifts on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity.
• Identify and escalate clinical risks (weight loss, pressure areas, falls, infections).
• Be courteous to residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe working practices across all tasks.
