Excelcare is seeking a Night Care Assistant for our Okeley Care Home in Chelmsford. You will join a compassionate team delivering personal care and support, including mealtimes, daily living tasks and activity engagement to promote independence and dignity.

The role involves completing records and care plans, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and working the night shift across a 36-hour week, Monday to Sunday. DBS paid and progression opportunities available.

Formación

• Experience in a care environment such as a care home, home care, or caring for a loved one is ideal.
• A caring and kind approach and a desire to work with older people are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with mealtimes and personal care.
• Complete daily records, charts and care plans.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote independence, dignity and respect.
• Support with documentation and compliance processes.
• Promote a welcoming, compassionate and safe environment.
