Job summary

Hill Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for night shifts in our residential home in the United Kingdom. You will support Residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and well-being while maintaining dignity.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a willingness to undertake vocational training. A Police Check and POVA list screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Support Residents with daily living activities to maintain comfort and dignity.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and continence when needed.
• Monitor residents and respond to their needs promptly.
• Assist with meals, serving, and setting tables.
• Ensure rooms are clean, tidy and equipment is maintained.
• Record daily notes and communicate changes to senior staff.
