Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Home in Lostwithiel, Cornwall, is seekingDedicated Night Healthcare Assistants to provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care from 19:00 to 07:00. Full-time or part-time positions with clear development paths to Enhanced Healthcare Assistant are available.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate or recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Ability to stay awake and alert during night shifts.
• Willingness to complete induction and Care Certificate if starting from day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, privacy and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities at night.
• Deliver person-centred care and maintain accuracy in records.
• Conduct wellbeing checks and monitor changes per care plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals for quality care.
• Record resident information using digital documentation systems.
