Highgate Care Services Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Crystal Court, Pannal Green. The role involves helping residents with daily living, ensuring dignity and comfort, and supporting a warm, person-centred environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting Residents with daily living
• Assist Residents in all aspects of their care needs while maintaining comfort and dignity
• Pay particular attention to residents with limited mobility or learning difficulties
• Monitor residents who may be confused or have behavioural issues
• Assist in promotion of continence and delivery of care for residents with progressive illness
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
