Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Night Care Worker to help create a safe, calm night-time environment for residents. You will assist with personal care, wellbeing checks and mobility while maintaining accurate records and providing reassurance as needed.

You will be part of a team, dedicated to supporting older people with dignity and independence, with the opportunity for induction, ongoing training and professional development. A PVG check and SSSC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and committed to supporting older people to live well.
• Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team.
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and night-time routines.
• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support when needed.
