HC-One is seeking a caring Night Shift Care Assistant to join our team on a 3 on 3 off rotation in Wakefield. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll help with personal care, meals and daily activities while supporting residents with dignity and individuality.

You’ll contribute to a compassionate, safeguarding-focused environment, where digital care planning is used to streamline tasks and promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Role involves supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Safeguarding training and the ability to report concerns are required.

Responsibilities
