Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring Care Assistant for a residential home in the United Kingdom. You’ll support residents with daily living, help with meals, and provide companionship to ensure comfort and dignity at every moment.

You'll work with a friendly team, receive comprehensive training, wellbeing tools, and a range of employee benefits. A can-do attitude and excellent communication are valued, with experience helping older people beneficial but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
