Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in our care home in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with daily living, follow care plans, provide companionship, and help create meaningful moments each day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
