Based in Stafford, we provide specialist dementia care for 59-resisdents. This includes Residential, Nursing & Respite care, from early diagnosis to end-of-life.

Limewood Care Home is a 59-bed facility, designed to deliver high-quality general nursing, dementia care, and specialist support for adults with complex physical and mental health conditions. Our home is structured into seven clusters to ensure personalized care, and residents benefit from modern amenities, including comfortable lounges, outdoor spaces, a cinema, a hair salon, and a quiet lounge, all inspired by Stafford town centre.

What You’ll Do

  • Empower Independence: Support residents with their daily routines, from dressing to staying active, encouraging independence at every step.
  • Personalized Care: Follow and implement individualized care plans, providing hands-on assistance tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, report concerns to nursing staff, and assist with healthcare appointments and family communication.
  • Champion Dignity: Ensure every resident is treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Social Support: Promote social interactions, encourage participation in activities, and help create a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Safety & Comfort: Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment, responding quickly to residents’ needs.
  • Nutritional Support: Assist with mealtimes, ensuring residents receive the nourishment they need.
  • Spread Smiles: Bring joy and positivity to the lives of our residents every day.

About You

  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Ideally, 6+ months of experience as a Care Assistant, though we welcome individuals with a caring nature and transferable skills.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in elderly care and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Values: Integrity, respect, and teamwork are at the heart of your work.
