Are you an experienced carer or someone considering a job to help people like myself with a physical disability? Sometimes helping with daily tasks like brushing hair or fetching drinks can make a huge difference. I am looking to recruit into our care team in Newcastle under Lyme, Clayton. We are friendly, and I value and respect my staff's work-life balance.

You will receive:

• £12.50 per hour
• A pension if eligible
• 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata annual leave
• Full certificated training
• All work fully contracted according to UK law
• Access to apply for a blue light card

Hours available:

36 hours per week, 9:00 pm - 9:00 am, on a 3x12 hour shift pattern.

Overtime is available but not expected; it is appreciated.

What’s Required:

• Care experience preferred but training provided; compassionate personality and comfort around friendly dogs are essential.
• Full clean UK driving license is required for community access.
• Enhanced DBS check, employer-funded unless you have a subscription to The Update Service.
• Shadowing until comfortable working independently.
• All candidates must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
