Hallhouse Care Home Ltd. in Fenwick is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks, dignity and wellbeing.

You will work as part of a caring team to follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support, contributing to a safe, respectful environment. Full training and ongoing development are provided; the role is open to both experienced carers and newcomers, with a 44-hour week and hourly rate of £13.60, plus paid PVG,

Located in the peaceful village of Fenwick, East Ayrshire, Hallhouse Care Home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 47 residents. With an impressive carehome.co.uk rating of 9.9 and Care Inspectorate grades of 5, 5, 5, 4, and 5, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
