Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a caring and proactive Care Assistant for night shifts in our Falkirk area. You will support residents with personal care, dignity, and daily activities, helping them stay independent and comfortable.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; no previous care experience is required as we provide a comprehensive induction and training plan to get you started and progressing within our team.

Qualifications

• Fantastic people skills and empathy in daily care.
• Ability to build relationships with Residents and families.
• Willingness to learn and follow training plans.

Responsibilities

• Respecting Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide person-centred support to help residents stay independent.
• Work with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care tasks: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain accurate records for each Resident.

The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
