Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support residents with dignity and independence in a friendly, person-centred environment. You will work with a dedicated team to provide daily personal care and maintain accurate records, with full induction and ongoing training.

No experience? No problem — we provide a comprehensive induction programme and training plan to prepare you for a rewarding career in care.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with empathy and a caring approach.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with Residents’ and families.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly and follow training plans.
• No previous experience required – induction and training provided by Advinia Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Respect Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide high standard, person-centred support to Residents to maintain independence.
• Collaborate with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for each Resident.

The day shift is: 08:00 - 20:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
