Advinia Health Care is seeking dedicated night shift care assistants to provide person-centred support for residents in our care homes. You will help residents maintain independence, respect dignity, and work closely with families to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities
- Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
- Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to help Residents stay as independent as possible.
- Working with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
- Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
- Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident.

The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00
- Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy

- Working with Residents’ and families to deliver personcenteredcare.
