Advinia Health Care is seeking a friendly care assistant to join our resident-focused teams in East Ferry. You will deliver person-centred support, help residents stay independent, and work closely with families to ensure comfort and safety.

No prior experience required—we provide a comprehensive induction, training plan, and ongoing professional development. We offer flexible pay, competitive rates, and generous annual leave.

The day shift is: 08:00 - 08:00

The Night Shift is : 20:00 to 08:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
