Job summary

Advinia Health Care in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join its night shift teams. You will support Residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, ensuring comfort and safety during the 20:00–08:00 shift.

We value people skills, a caring nature, and teamwork. No prior experience is required as we provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, with flexible pay options and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• No previous care experience required; comprehensive induction and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respect the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide the highest standard of person-centred support to help Residents stay as independent as possible.
• Work with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Support with all aspects of personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records for each Resident.

The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
