Advinia Health Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in Beetley to join our night shift team. You will support residents with daily living tasks, promote independence and uphold dignity in a person-centred environment.

• Respect residents' dignity and privacy.
• Provide the highest standard of person-centred support to help residents stay as independent as possible.
• Work with residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Support with personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records for each resident.

The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
