Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant in a UK care home to support residents with daily living, provide companionship and help deliver high-quality care in line with individual care plans.

You will be encouraged to bring warmth, empathy and excellent communication to the role, with full training provided to thrive in a rewarding, patient-centred environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
