Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, provide companionship and follow individual care plans in our care home. You will use your empathy and communication skills to deliver quality care, with training provided to thrive.

This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to develop a meaningful career in care. As a Care Assistant you’ll contribute to residents’ wellbeing, build trusting relationships and be part of a compassionate team

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills.
