This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

We are looking to recruit Night Care Assistants to join our growing team, based in one of our Community Resource Centres at Cleeve Court Twerton, Bath, working towards being a dementia home of excellence.

These roles involve a rota system with some weekends and bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.

Cleeve Court offers a supportive atmosphere in Twerton, Bath, delivering residential/dementia care, and is easily accessible via public transport or car.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
• Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of person-centred care.
• Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents.
• Provide support to access third party and NHS services.
• Be a strong team player and work on your initiative when needed.
• Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best.

About You

Previous experience of working in care would be an advantage, but a commitment to deliver quality person-centred care is essential, and full training will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for an individual aiming to develop their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and friendly workplace.
