Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Care Assistant in the Weston-super-Mare area to provide compassionate daily support and personal care to residents. You’ll help with activities of daily living, assist with medications, and contribute to a respectful, person-centred care environment within a team.

Training is provided, with funded progression up to QCF Level 5, and options include night shifts, 24 hours per week, and a refer-a-friend bonus.
