Moto at Leigh Delamere Services, M4, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 6LB, is hiring a Barista to deliver Costa’s finest coffee and exceptional customer service. The role is 14 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays nights, with an hourly rate of £14.83 including nightshift premium.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, friendly people who enjoy delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade.
