Job Description:

The Night Auditor welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure. They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach. They ensure a smooth and secure environment for all guests during the night.

• Ensure all diary events, flags, and specials are actioned.
• Check and pass on all guest mail, messages, and parcels promptly.
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the end of shifts.
• Perform any other duties requested by the Night Manager.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditor's checklist.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly.
• Distribute reports as necessary.
• Process wake-up calls.
• Pass on necessary handover information to the oncoming shift.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
